ABOUT THE ARTWORK COLLECTION

Tesserae are the small pieces of materials, such as rock, glass or ceramic that are used in constructing a mosaic. “Tesserae” is a hi-gloss series of paintings created in a similar manner. Small pieces of acrylic paint-skins are melded together resulting in a unified painting.

These works are both dazzling and joyous with a striking play of bright colours and reflection.
